The Premium Plan provides service every 6 months (as recommend by manufacturers), alternating the Maintenance visit and Test visit.
Maintenance visit includes:
- synthetic oil change
- new oil and air filter
- new spark plugs
- terminal and wiring check
- battery condition check
- fuel supply leak check
- generator output check
- clean enclosure
- 30 point checklist
Test visit includes:
- manual operation of the utility disconnect simulating a power loss
- 30 point checklist
- 24/7 monitoring (24/7 monitoring is only available for generators with WiFi/LTE. If your generator is not currently WiFi/LTE, we might be able to upgrade your unit.)
