Schedule to perform a limited visual, metered and infrared camera inspection of plumbing walls in Kitchen / Bathrooms / Laundry, walls / ceilings / floors / exterior doors and windows / central air conditioning systems. Inspection is to investigate the possible presence, and cause, of mold in these components of the area of occupancy. Perform Indoor Spore Air Trap Cassette and Sterile Swab sampling to identify potential elevated airborne mold spore levels and/or unusual mold growth in the samples that could be causing suspicious Mold Volatile Organic Compounds (MVOC's), Mycotoxins, odors, real and personal property damage issues in the Subject Property. Or schedule an evaluation of mold signs and symptoms for our recommendations of appropriate testing and reporting services to guide remediation work by others.
