Items not allowed in dumpster include - aerosol cans, all liquids, animals, antifreeze, asbestos, batteries, blacktop, chemical products, concrete, contaminated oils (mixed or otherwise) dirt, fluorescent bulbs, gasoline or gasoline containers, hazardous waste, herbicide and pesticides, industrial waste, lubricating or hydraulic oil, medical waste, motor oil, flammable liquids, paint, paint cans, lead paint chips, propane tanks, radioactive material, rocks, solvents, stains, tires, transmission oil. Customer agrees and shall be liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment in excess of reasonable wear and tear. The customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement and removal of the dumpster. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface and you should therefore take steps to protect surfaces (pavement, concrete, lawn, grounds, etc) before delivery.
