Advanced Package House Check-in (Interior/Exterior) Kitchen: Inspect plumbing for leaks or drips.Test all faucets. Bathrooms: Test all faucets, showerheads, and flush mechanisms. Inspect plumbing for leaks or drips. Laundry Room: Inspect plumbing for leaks or drips. The Advanced package is designed for homeowners who need more thorough and frequent check-in. This package includes all the Essential plus additional services to keep your home in top condition year-round.

Essential House Check-in

House Check-in (Exterior Only) Security: Check that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Inspect the perimeter for any signs of forced entry or damage. Secure packages/mail in a designated space. Yard and Landscaping: Check the condition of the lawn, plants, and trees. Note any debris, fallen branches, or leaves. Structure: Verify that exterior motion lighting is working. Check windows and doors for damage.
